We have one easy way to return *online* orders to Skin Laundry:
By mail: Include your order number, name, email address, mailing address, original receipt and phone number in case we need to contact you. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. Skin Laundry is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
Returns sent to us by the original purchaser will be exchanged for the original method of payment. We regret that we are unable to refund your shipping fees unless the return was due to a mistake on our part. If you received the item(s) as a gift and do not want the exchanged item to go to the original purchaser, please indicate this on the return.
Returns that are either (a) not accompanied by the original order details or (b) received more than 14 days after the purchase date will not be exchanged.
There are two easy ways to return *store-purchased* orders to Skin Laundry:
1. To the original purchase location: Bring your return along with the cash register receipt where you may exchange the product for any product of the same value or higher.
2. To a different Skin Laundry location: Bring your return along with the cash register receipt. A refund will be submitted on the original method of payment within 14 business days by the Skin Laundry headquarters office. Alternatively, you may exchange the product for any product of the same value.
Any returns made to a Skin Laundry clinic that is either (a) not accompanied by the original order receipt or (b) made more than 14 days after the purchase date will not be exchanged.
All clients will be reminded about their upcoming appointments in advance.
As we have a strict no-show policy, we request clients arrive on time: If you do not show within 10 minutes of your allocated appointment time without giving advanced notice, there will be a 30% charge of the service and will result in immediate cancellation of your treatment. If there is availability, we will do our best to fit you in later on in the day.
If you are a new client and booked to take advantage of our FTO, failure to notify Skin Laundry about your cancellation will unfortunately result in new clients being unable to avail the AED 500 credit offer.
Online product orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. To cancel, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call our Marina Branch on (04) 570 6942.
Once your order has been shipped or is in the process of being shipped, we cannot cancel or stop the delivery.
Skin Laundry gladly accepts returns of unused products in their original packaging purchased at our Skin Laundry Dubai Clinic or our online store (www.skinlaundry.ae) for exchange within 14 days with an original receipt.
Delivery within UAE cities via Aramex shall be in 2 – 3 working days and UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED 35 or will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
