Answer: We offer three different levels of memberships each designed to help you reach your skin goals. Learn more here. During your first visit our team of skin experts will create a customized treatment plan with recommendations of which membership would best suit you.
To cancel your Laundry Club Membership, you must visit your Skin Laundry Clinic at least seven (7) calendar days in advance of your billing date and fill out the Laundry Club Membership Cancellation Form. To freeze your Laundry Club Membership you must provide Skin Laundry at least seven (7) calendar days advance written notice in advance of your billing date. You can find the full terms in your Laundry Club Membership contract. Skin Laundry may terminate your Laundry Club Membership upon written notice to you for any reason or no reason.

We offer three different levels of membership, each designed to help you reach your skin goals. During your first visit, our team of skin experts will create a customised treatment plan with recommendations on which membership best suits you.
Can I cancel or freeze my Laundry Club Membership?
To cancel your Laundry Club Membership, please visit your Skin Laundry clinic at least seven (7) calendar days before your billing date and complete a Membership Cancellation Form. To freeze your membership, provide at least seven (7) days’ written notice before your billing date. Members may freeze for up to 3 months per year — your locked loyalty rate is preserved during a freeze. If you cancel and later re-enrol, you will return at the then-current published pricing. Full terms are available in your membership contract.
