Shipping and Returns

1. At Skin Laundry, we are committed to helping you achieve cleaner, clearer, brighter skin RETURN POLICY

Return Period

  • You have [14] days from the date of receipt to return an item for a refund or exchange.
  • Skin Laundry products bought from other retailers are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Any returns or refund made to a Skin Laundry Clinic that is not accompanied by the original order receipt or proof of purchase will not be exchanged.

Note:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

How to Return:

  • Online Order: Contact us at info@skinlaundry.ae or call us at (04) 570 6942, and kindly provide us with your order number, name, proof of purchase and phone number.
  • Store-purchased: At Skin Laundry MENA: Bring your product along with the cash register receipt or proof of purchase where you may exchange the product for any product. . A refund will be submitted on the original method of payment within 14 business days.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item or defective product).

 

2. PRODUCTS POLICY

  • Online product orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. To cancel, please email info@skinlaundry.ae or call our Marina Branch on (04) 570 6942.
  • Once your order has been shipped or is in the process of being shipped, we cannot cancel or stop the delivery.
  • Skin Laundry gladly accepts returns of unused products in their original packaging purchased at our Skin Laundry Clinics or our online store (www.skinlaundry.ae) for exchange within 14 days with an original receipt – it’s the client’s responsbility to arrange their return and cover their own costs.
  • Delivery within UAE cities via Aramex shall be in 2 – 3 working days and UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED 25 or will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
  • Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt
